Mojo Laviolette CERTIFIED ROLFER®

Mojo is a certified Rolfer® in Ottawa, ON and a graduate of the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute® in Boulder, Colorado. Her journey as a practitioner in the healing arts started with Watsu® (a form of water therapy).

From Watsu®, her thirst for a greater understanding of the human body, mind and spirit grew. She knew that she needed a cutting-edge modality to help inform her touch and bring forth a stronger power within her to heal the body. That’s when she discovered Rolfing® Structural Integration. As a new client herself, she embarked on the journey it provided. Rolfing® SI had not only relieved her from chronic pain, but had also helped her find a profound sense of home and ease within her own body as her physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being all improved.

Lucky her, she continued to discover Rolfing®; once more as a student, then again as a practitioner. This work of Rolfing® is transformative and she is delighted to be guiding others on their own Rolfing® journeys. May they find greater ease in their bodies! May they find themselves a little more, and even perhaps find a renewed zest for life!

Whether her clients go to her for chronic pain relief, functional mobility improvement, body alignment, or for more ease or power within, her goal is to address their concerns with care and support for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
